Duties

• Checking flights, and booking the air ticket
• Make the quotation and issue the air ticket
• Contact with the other agencies, airlines, and passengers
• Contact with the walk in customers, and on phone’s customers

Requirements

• Having experience with booking and issue the air ticket at least 3 years
• Good in English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Microsoft application skills (Words, Excel, Internet)
• Art of communication in dealing with customers
• Highly skilled in customer service
• Effective team working skills
• Good appearance, and hard working
• Be able to work under pressure
• High responsibilities and honesty
